This notice is for parents/guardians of students who have an IEP of the availability of the Carson Smith Special Needs Scholarship. This program is administered through the Utah State Office of Education, and this notice is for informational purposes only.

The Carson Smith Special Needs Scholarship provides scholarships to qualified students with disabilities who enroll in eligible private schools. To participate in this program, students and schools must meet eligibility requirements established in Utah law and Utah State Board of Education Administrative Rules.
